Swallow is a cosy cornish cottage with open beamed ceiling and open plan living area. It has a private patio area with garden. It boasts hot tub complete lighting. The tub was new in 2006 and cost £10,000. Swallow is often chosen by Cornish Honeymooners.

The cottage was updated in Sepember 2009 with a luxury bathroom and an extension to the bedroom. Oil central heating was also installed.
